A Sophisticated Wedding at La Cabane, Los Monteros, Marbella

The stunning setting at La Cabane Beach Club in Los Monteros hotel is one of our favourite venues here in Marbella, it never fails to have that wow factor.

We were delighted when Lauren contacted us to help her plan, design and create her wedding for early September.

Lauren wanted a midsummer garden theme but kept very elegant and fresh, without any rustic influences, she is a huge fan of less is more and wanted everything beautifully dressed from the chairs to the tables.

As Lauren lives here in Marbella, we started at the beginning, creating Save the Dates, followed by mailing out the invitations, designed and crafted by Anoulka.

We kept the wedding design simple and elegant using white and silver styling with a touch of blues, sage greens and a dash of crystal.

The chairs were dressed in our loose style white satin covers finished off with silver satin sashes. We included some beach elements into the day including a charming sand ceremony and the stunning wedding cake with silver shells and starfish designed by Fi.

Lauren´s bridal flowers were kept to whites with a touch of crystal and we used stunning silver candelabras for the tables dressed with blue hydrangeas, white roses and orchids.

Adding in our famous twinkle with pool candles, lanterns and fairy lights, the final effect was stunning and complimented the beach club perfectly.

A Beautiful Villa Wedding in Marbella

We are loving these photos of one of our weddings last week in a private villa near San Pedro.

Nicola was one of our creative brides that had worked hard to put together so many details before her wedding day and it was all beautifully done, from the table names set in white antique frames for each guest to the gorgeous decorations Nikki had created to decorate the venue and villa. We worked with Nikki to turn the gardens and pool area into a magical, twinkling romantic garden, provided parasols and waved our magic wand to sprinkle petals over the ceremony area :)



Nikki had bought in her own bouquets, aisle dressings and details to complete her perfect day and we were delighted to work with her to fill in the gaps that were completely impossible to fit in her suitcase!



We are thrilled to share these photos with you of one of our villa weddings and thanks to Heather and her team at Fiestasol this was a fantastically run and caterered for day.

Elegant Ivory and Lilac Wedding at the Stunning Hacienda San Jose In Mijas

We love this wedding of Lie Chen and Peter from Belgium, oozing with style, charm and lots of emotional moments at one of our most popular venues here, the Hacienda San Jose.

We have since designed another Belgium wedding at the same venue and they certainly know how to party and I am particularly intrigued by the napkin waving?! It certainly looks like fun and how to get a party going and seems to happen with the cutting of the cake.

Lie Chen and Peter wanted a contemporary stylish wedding design using ivory and lilacs which is normally associated with the shabby chic more loose style so we created their wedding with cool water roses and ivory cala lilies and very simple table arrangements using roses. We used our Bali umbrellas to decorate the ceremony and of course added in the romantic twinkle with our lanterns and candles.

We do feel now though to put out a word of warning if you have children at your wedding, Lie Chen and Peter had a wishing well birdcage with some lovely notes produced by us for their guests to write on, when we got there the next day the lovely little ones had scribbled all over the guest cards so we had to quickly print some more off and bring them with us for the party the next day! These guest cards I hope were finally written on with lovely messages!

We love our weddings and are thrilled to be receiving the photos and slideshows from our fantastically busy June, we had 5 slideshows sent to us today and I was so busy watching them I burnt my dinner but I cannot be a domestic goddess and a fairy godmother at the same time!
