The Aisle New York!

Good morning!  I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!  I won't be doing much this week on Weddings Fresh, as my family and I are enjoying a nice extended stay-cation at the house.  It's just what we need after a busy holiday!  But I did want to share this bit of news with you:  The Aisle New York will be debuting Monday, January 3rd at 10:00 am EST!  I have mentioned this breakout online marketplace for designer wedding gowns, shoes, accessories, and lingerie a couple months ago, but the time has finally arrived!  If you haven't already become a member, visit their splashpage to be one of the first to gain access to their opening day.

On the 3rd, Monique Lhuillier, Angel Sanchez, Elizabeth Fillmore, Oscar de la Renta Jewelry, Suzanne Couture Millinery will be available for your purchasing pleasure.  The gown below is Monique Lhuillier, one of my favorites from her fall 2011 collection, and her designs will be ready for purchase from your computer at any moment of the day--I love technology.  Lela Rose, Mark Ingram Boutique, Pour la Victoire Shoes, and Stephanie Browne Accessories will be showing the following week on Monday, January 10th, with more still to arrive in the coming weeks.


I can't wait to dive into all of the eye candy that will be hitting our Internet!  I'm just glad I'm married already because there would have been a good chance of me maxing out all of my credit cards through this site...

Wedding Library Members

The Wedding Library very carefully chooses vendor members based on their aesthetic, personality, reliability, price point and capabilities. The list of vendors shown to the right have all demonstrated the highest quality in their respective art, and have been invited to join our vendor family. Eight years ago we fell in love with Alex's and Emily's beautiful veils, headpieces, garters and ring pillows. That two girls can be so versatile and so talented amazes me. Our New Paper Doll

We are delighted to announce that the talented Linda Hays has joined us as Director of our Stationery Library. Linda arrives with years of experience in the worlds of stationery, fashion and art. Most recently she created and directed the custom printing salon for Michael C. Fina, where she was affectionately known as "the etiquette queen". Previously she was with Kate's Paperie and Papyrus after years as a fashion director. Linda delights in helping each couple create a paper trousseau that uniquely reflects them and their celebration. We delight in having Linda on board to help all our brides reach their full stationery potential! (Buzz Bonus: Mention this blog when ordering with Linda and receive a special gift from her!)

Cheers, We've Launched!

Today is THE BIG DAY. No, not the wedding day. I am actually talking about the launch of Wedding Library Buzz, our blog devoted to the vendors and products responsible for the most amazing weddings happening right now.

I will share all (or at least many) of the tips I've learned over the last eight years as owner of the Wedding Library. Co-owner Jennifer Zabinski will share some of her amazing destination weddings and our associate planners and vendors will keep you in the loop of all the latest and greatest projects they are working on.

Our mission at the Wedding Library is to make wedding planning easy, and to provide you all the best products and services under one roof. Now our roof has expanded to our blog -- we hope you enjoy our virtual home!
